Terms of Service for OmniFocus: Block Reels, Earn XP

Welcome to OmniFocus: Block Reels, Earn XP (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and [Your Name or Company Name] ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the App.

By downloading, installing, or using OmniFocus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

OmniFocus is a productivity and gamification application designed to help users reduce time spent watching short-form video content (e.g., Reels, Shorts). The App offers two primary modes:

• Full Block Mode: Completely blocks access to short videos and rewards you with double Experience Points (XP) based on the hours blocked.

• Daily Time Limit Mode: Allows up to 30 minutes of short video consumption per day and rewards you with half XP.

Users can also watch AdMob Rewarded Advertisements to request extra time for watching short videos once their daily limit is reached.

2. Account Registration and Security

• Account Creation: To use the App’s gamification and leaderboard features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or an Email/Password combination via Firebase Authentication.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3. User Content (Profile Pictures)

• Uploading Content: You may upload a profile picture to our servers to be displayed on your profile and the App's Leaderboard.

• Acceptable Content: You agree not to upload any profile picture that is unlawful, offensive, sexually explicit, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

• Right to Remove: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any profile picture or suspend any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

4. Virtual Items (XP and Leaderboard Rank)

• No Monetary Value: Experience Points (XP) and Leaderboard Ranks are strictly virtual metrics used for in-app gamification. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred to other users or external platforms.

• Fair Play: You agree not to use any third-party software, exploits, bugs, or unauthorized tools to artificially inflate your XP, alter your blocked hours, or manipulate your Leaderboard Rank.

• Right to Modify: We reserve the right to reset, alter, or remove XP and Leaderboard rankings if we detect fraudulent activity or cheating.

5. Advertisements and Third-Party Content

• AdMob Integration: The App is monetized using Google AdMob adaptive banners and Rewarded Ads. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements.

• Rewarded Ads: You may choose to watch Rewarded Ads to gain extra short-video watch time. This transaction is governed by the availability of ads at that specific time.

• Third-Party Links: Advertisements may link to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of these third-party advertisers.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. 7. Prohibited Conduct

By using OmniFocus, you agree not to:

• Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide an effective short-video blocking tool, technical limitations in mobile operating systems may prevent 100% accuracy in blocking all video content across all external applications.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruption.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall "J Angel Apps" be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the App.

10. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, cheating on the Leaderboard, or uploading prohibited profile pictures.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or by providing an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
